Who handles your data
The data controller is Davide Salvatore, Ladispoli (RM), Italy, trading as Sbrigly. Contact: [email protected].
The “Request a demo” form
We collect your name, business name, city (optional), phone or WhatsApp, email (optional) and your answers to the form questions (what you need, industry, size, timing, who decides, indicative budget, notes). We use them only to get back to you about the demo you asked for and to tailor it (legal basis: pre-contractual steps at your request, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). The request is stored on Cloudflare and reaches our email through the Web3Forms service. If the connection drops while sending, the request stays in your browser’s storage and is sent again the next time you open the page. We keep this data only as long as needed to handle the request, and no longer than 24 months if no working relationship follows.
Together with the request, and only when you send it, we also record where you came from: the first page you saw, the page you opened the form from, the referring site and any campaign parameters (UTM), device type, browser language, country (not your IP address) and the time taken to fill in the form. To remember where you came from while you browse we use the browser’s session storage, which is cleared when you close the tab. It only helps us understand which channels work.
We also count, anonymously and in aggregate, how many people reach each step of the form (only day, step, device type and source: nothing that identifies you, no answers).
News (optional). Only if you tick the box will we occasionally send you news and ideas by email or WhatsApp (legal basis: consent, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). The demo does not depend on this choice and you can withdraw consent at any time by writing to us.
Cookieless statistics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits in aggregate. It sets no cookies and does not identify you, so no consent is needed.
